摘  要:以塑性应变速率比代替塑性应变比定义R值,简介了预估深冲板材R、ΔR值的基本理论。选绘出了部分典型理想取向织构组分的R(θ)—θ曲线,并按形态作了归类。经大量计算,广泛的揭示了{hkl}<uvw>各组份指数改变时塑性各向异性值变化所遵循的规律。这些结果为板材成型性研究与薄板生产工艺改进提供了参考依据。The improved method predicting R and ΔR values of deep drawn steel plates was briefly introduced on the basis of R-value defined by plastic rates' ratio instead of plastic strain ratio The R(θ)-θ curves of some characteristic texture components have been calculated and classified according to their changing tendency Furthermore, the laws of the plastic anisotropy changing with the indexes of [hkl] <uvw> were widely found by means of a great deal of calculation. These results will provide the basis for the research on forming properties and the improvement of producing technology of deep drawn thin steel sheets.
