摘 要:随着现代生物技术的迅速发展,育种家利用生物技术途径解决玉米常规育种中难以解决的问题已成为可能。转基因技术可使玉米基因组本来不存在的外源基因导入进去,培育成具有“外来性状”的转基因玉米;分子标记辅助育种可以将多基因控制的性状快速地聚合在一起,培育出高产、优质、多抗性聚合的超级玉米品种。而目前玉米的常规育种与生物技术如何有效地结合,是国内外亟待解决的关键性问题。本文就当前玉米常规育种中存在的问题和生物技术的优势做了讨论,并提出有效相结合的建议,以期今后能更快地培育出优质、高产的多抗性聚合新品种。With the rapid development of modern biotechnologies, it become the possibility that breeder used biotechnological approach to solve the problem which is not easy to be sloved in conventional breeding program. Transgenic technology could easily introdude the foreign gene into the maize genome to develop the transgenic maize cultivar with exotic characters. As well, MAS technique could quickly pyramide the multiple traits together which always control by QTL to develop the super maize cultivar with high yield, good quality and multi-resistances. To date, effective combinations between converitional breeding and biotechnological approach in maize breeding is still the key problem. In this paper we have discuss the problem in maize breeding and adventages of biotechnology, also we have made the proposals that how to connect the two sides, in order to find the way to develop good quality, high yield and multi-resistant cultivar.
