铁—铝合金热处理制度的正电子湮没研究

摘  要:用正电子湮没Doppler展宽能谱仪测量了经过相同工艺热处理后的Fe—22at%Al、Fe—25at%Al和Fe—28at%Al合金的线型S参数。结果表明:这三种合金中,Al含量越高,高温淬火后保留的非平衡空位浓度越高;Fe—22at%Al合金中的空位消除比Fe—25at%Al和Fe—28at%Al的慢。该实验从空位的角度很好地解释了三种成分上差别不大的合金需要差别甚大的热处理制度才能得到好的磁性能的原因。The S-lineslope parameters of three Fe-Al alloys (Fe-22at%Al, Fe-25at%Al and Fe-28at%Al), which were heat-treated through the same process,were measured by positron annihilation Doppler technique. It is shown that in these three alloys, the moer, the Al content, the higher the non-equilibrium vacancy concentration remained after high tempera ture quenching; vacancy elimination in Fe-22at%Al alloy is slower than that in other two alloys. In the view of vacancy, it well explained that why the three alloys of less difference in composition need more different heat treatment processes to obtain good magnetic properties.
