摘 要:目的 :了解门诊患者挂号与就诊时间分布情况 ,为门诊科学管理提供理论依据 .方法 :对 2 0 0 4 0 2西京医院门诊患者挂号和就诊时间进行调查分析 .采用SPSS 11.0软件分别计算上午、下午挂号和就诊时间用中位数和四分位间距 .结果 :全院 2 0 0 4 0 2门诊总人次为 4 6 737人次 ,上午患者挂号时间的中位数是 8:5 9,四分位间距为 98min ,开始就诊时间的中位数是 9:4 6 ,四分位间距为 10 7min ;下午患者挂号时间的中位数是 14 :5 0 ,四分位间距为 39min ,开始就诊时间的中位数是 15 :2 7,四分位间距为 6 8min .结论 :门诊患者挂号与就诊时间存在明显的高峰 ,等待就诊时间太长 ,且不同科室存在差别 ,应采取相应措施 ,缩短等待就诊时间 .AIM: The distribution of the patients’ visiting time in Outpatient Department was investigated for better management. METHODS: Median and the quartile range of visiting and registration time of patients, who visited Xijing Hospital in February 2004, were calculated respectively for morning and afternoon using SPSS 11.0 program. RESULTS: The total visiting person-time was 46 737 . In the morning, the median of patients’ registering time was 8:59 and the quartile range was 98 min. The median of time when doctors met patients was 9:46 and the quartile range was 107 min. In the afternoon, the median of patients’ registering time was 14:50 and the quartile range was 39 min. The median of time when doctors met patients was 15:27 and the quartile range was 68 min. CONCLUSION: There is an obvious peak of the patients' visiting time in the Outpatient Department and patients have to wait too long before they are treated. Some measures should be taken to shorten the waiting time.
