活性白土干法制备工艺条件研究

摘　　要：以吉林某地膨润土为原料 ,对干法制备活性白土的工艺条件进行了优化研究 ,探讨了酸浓度、活化时间、活化温度、干燥温度及原料纯度等因素对产品质量的影响。制备的高效活性白土的各项指标均达到或优于国家化工行业规定的一等品标准。The samples of acid activated bentonite from the certain place,Jilin province are tested under the condition of dry preparaing acid activated bentonite. The main technical conditions for preparing it are determined.The effects of the acid concentration,activated time and temperature,dried temperature and material purity are studied.Experimental results showed that the high quality of activated clay is prepared successfully,according with the demand of state's stantard.
