摘  要:实验研究了天然凹凸棒石黏土吸收剂脱除柴油机碳烟的特性。粉状吸收剂颗粒粒径为 45~ 80 μm ,比表面积为 42 5m2 /g。吸收剂浆液具有胶体特性 ,柴油机尾气通过喷射鼓泡吸收而净化。实验考察了浓度、pH值等因素对碳烟脱除效果的影响。透射电镜和红外光谱分析结果表明 ,吸收剂与碳烟颗粒之间主要进行物理吸附。吸收剂浆液中加入NaOH ,会增强浆液体系的胶凝作用 ,影响吸收液的流变性能和胶体溶液的稳定性 ,增强尾气中气态有害物质和臭味的去除效果。在实验条件下 ,碳烟脱除效率达 71.3 %。该技术已成功应用于工程中。The removal characteristics of diesel particulates with the attapulgite slurry were investigated. Particle size of the attapulgite absorbent is 45~80μm,and the special surface area is 425m 2/g.The particulates and other contaminants in diesel exhaust gas are absorbed by the absorbent slurry that has colloid property. Effects of absorbent slurry concentration and pH value on the removal of exhaust particulate are discussed. The analytical results of TEM and infrared spectrum showed that it is a physical adsorption mainly between the absorbents and soot particles. The property of the colloid solution and the removal efficiency of gaseous contaminants in the diesel exhaust gas are improved by adding NaOH into the slurry.It showed that under the experimental condition,the removal efficiency of the diesel particulates is 71.3%.Then this cleaning technique was successfully used in engineering.
