摘  要:以激光诱导荧光法测定大气飘尘中的苯并[a]芘。方法的检测限为0.01μg·l^(-1),降低了常规荧光法的检测限。综合溶剂提取、柱色层及纸色层分离技术,测定了上海市某些地区大气飘尘样品中苯并[a]芘的含量。A method of laser induced fluorescence for determinationof benzo(a)pyrene in airborne particulate matters has beendeveloped.The detection limit was 0.01μg/l, two orders ofmagnitude increased in comparing with conventional methods.The relative standard deviation was less than 10%.In com-bination with acid-base extraction and silica gel columnchromatography,concentrations of benzo(a)pyrene in airborneparticulate matters were determined at different areas inShanghai.
