摘　　要：目的　观察不同剂量的鸟嘌呤寡核苷酸 (CpGODN)对健康人外周血淋巴样树突状细胞 (DC2 )的增殖作用。 方法　用浓度为 4μm、1μm及 0 .1μm的CpGODN2 2 16单独或联合肿瘤抗原刺激健康人外周血新鲜分离的单个核细胞。培养 48h后用流式细胞术检测单个核细胞中DC2含量。结果　CpGODN2 2 16能显著刺激DC2增殖 ,使其数量增加。结论　CpGODN 2 2 16能有效促进淋巴样树突状细胞的增殖。Objective To study the immunost im ulatory effects of different dose of CpG Oligonucleotide (CpG ODN) 2216 and tumo r antigen on human peripheral blood lymphoid dendritic cells. Methods After peripheral blood dendritic cells were incuated with different concentration of CpG ODN 2216, 4μm, 1μm and 0.1 μm and tumor antigen for 48 hours, the DC2 were detected by flow cytometry. Results CpG ODN2216 can significantly stimulate th e proliferation of DC2 and increase the number of CpG ODN2216. Conclusion CpG ODN2216 can effectively active the proliferation of lymphoid dendritic cells and may be used as a vaccine adjuvant.
