摘 要:目的 分析影响杀虫丁杀螺效果的主要因素 ,为提高杀虫丁现场灭螺效果提供理论依据。方法 在 15、2 0、2 5、30℃实验条件下 ,杀虫丁不同浓度浸泡钉螺 2 4、4 8、72 h,对实验数据进行 logistic回归分析 ,分析影响杀虫丁杀螺效果的主要因素。结果 杀虫丁在不同浓度、不同时间、不同温度下杀灭钉螺的死亡率差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;2 5℃、2 4 h、2 m g/ L 的钉螺死亡率为 5 6 .6 7% ;2 5℃、4 8h、2 mg/ L 或 2 5℃、72 h、1m g/ L 的钉螺死亡率为 96 .6 7%和 10 0 .0 0 %。L ogistic回归分析 ,浓度因素(X1)的标准化参数估计值最大 1.5 2 1,其次为温度因素 (X3)的标准化参数估计值 1.339,再次为时间因素 (X2 )的标准化参数估计值 0 .780。结论 杀虫丁的浓度是影响杀螺效果的第一因素 ,其次为温度 ,再次为作用时间。随着浓度增加、温度升高和时间延长杀螺效果愈好。Objective To understand the m a in factors affecting the molluscicidal effect of Shachongding against Oncom elania hupensis. Methods The s n ails were immersed in different concentrations of Shachongding for 24,48 and 72 h under the temp erature of 15, 20, 25 and 30 ℃ respectively, and the mortality and other relate d data were analyzed by multiple logistic regression. Results The mortality was 56.67% when snails were immersed for 24 h wit h the concentration of 2 mg/L at 25 ℃, and the mortality was 96.67%-100.0 0% when snails were immersed for 48 h with the concentration of 2 mg/L at 25 ℃ or for 72 h with the concentration of 1 mg/L at 25 ℃. There we re significantly statistical differences among the mortalities of snails when the Shachongding was used under the different concentrations, di fferent times, and different temperatures.Conclusion The main factors affecting the molluscicidal effect of Shachongding are th e con centration, then temperature and, time. The molluscicidal effect is enhancing wi th the concentration, temperature and prolonging time increasing.
