摘 要:目的观察不同分期慢性肾脏病 (CKD)患者血中P -选择素浓度 ,探讨与肾损害的关系。方法选取2004年我科收治住院的CKD患者90例 ,其中男53名 ,女37名 ,平均年龄 (41.4±18.1)岁。所有患者均经病理诊断或临床确诊 ,且均符合CKD的诊断标准。此外40例健康志愿者作为对照。血中P -选择素浓度检测采用ELISA方法。结果CKD患者血中P-选择素浓度 (29.92±11.44)ng/ml明显高于正常人水平 (19.50±9.37)ng/ml(P<0.05)。随患者肾功能损害程度加重 ,血中P -选择素水平又呈逐渐下降趋势 ,且其浓度与CKD分期呈明显负相关(r= -0.314,P<0.05)。结论血中P-选择素可反映并可作为CKD辅助诊断与疾病进展评价指标 ,对指导临床诊疗工作具有重要意义。Objective In terms of the different stages of chronic kidney disease(CKD),the concentration of P_selectin in blood was observed,and the relationship between the concentration and kidney damage was investiˉgated.Methods90patients with CKD were involved in our experiments since2004,which included53males and37females with mean age of(41.4±18.1)years.CKD diagnosis has been confirmed for every patient either by pathological or clinical method.Meanwhile,40healthy volunteers were taken as control.ELISA was used to test P-selectin blood concentration.Results P-selectin blood concentration of patients with CKD(29.92±11.44ng/ml)was significantly increased compared with that of healthy people(19.50±9.37ng/ml),P<0.05;P-selectin blood concentration decreased gradually with the extent of kidney damage mounting up,and its concentration reˉversely relating to CKD stage(r=-0.314,P<0.05).Conclusions P-selectin blood concentration indicates and can be considered as a marker of the proceeding of CKD,which is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
