摘　　要：采用乙醇分级沉淀法,首次从野生菱角壳中提取出 4种多糖化合物,利用气相色谱 质谱法,确定了菱角多糖分别由阿拉伯糖,鼠李糖,木糖,甘露糖,半乳糖,葡萄糖,乳糖和蜜二糖组成,其中以葡萄糖,半乳糖,甘露糖和木糖为主。Four polysaccharides precipitated by ethanol from the hull of water chestnut are reported. The monosaccharide compositions have been determined by their retention times and characteristic gas chromatography-mass spectrometry fragmentation patterns. The polysaccharides are composed of arabinose, rhamnose, xylose, mannose, galactose, glucose, lactose and melibiose. The major monosaccharide components are determined as glucose, galactose, monose and xylose.
