摘　　要：合成了一种新型含磷、氮的三嗪环系阻燃剂———焦磷酸蜜胺盐,探讨了反应温度、反应时间、溶液的PH值、溶剂的循环使用次数对反应及产率的影响,并进行了中试扩大试验。测定了产品的磷含量、氮含量,并用傅立叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪对MPP作了分析表征。Melamine pyrophosphate,a new kind of nitrogen-phosphorus flame-retardants,was synthesized from melamine and sodium pyrophosphate and characterized by FTIR,TGA.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,pH of the reaction mixture and times of the reuse of solvent were investigated.The content of nitrogen and phosphorus of the target compound were determined.
