摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸哌嗪片的含量。Shim -VPODS为色谱柱 ,水 -甲醇 (6 0∶4 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 310nm。线性范围 1 5～ 12 0 μg·ml-1,r =0 9992 ,平均回收率 99 2 8% ,RSD =1 30 %(n =9)。方法简便 ,结果准确可靠。A HPLC method for the determination of content in Piperazine Ferulate tablets was established. A Shim-VP ODS column was used with water -methanol (60∶40) as mobile phase. The content was detected at a wavelength of 310nm. The linear range was 1.5～12.0μg·ml -1 with γ=0.9992. The average recovery rate was 99.28%, RSD=1.30%(n=9). The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
