略论哲学视野中的社会技术

摘　　要：社会技术是当前学术界颇有争议的理论问题。界定了社会技术的内涵,认为社会技术是调整、改造(善)社会关系,解决社会矛盾,实现人类改造社会世界目的的实践性知识体系。社会技术与自然技术既有联系又有区别,分析了社会技术中存在的诸多哲学问题或者带有哲学性质的问题。同时,论述了人与社会技术的关系、社会科学与社会技术的关系、社会意识形态与社会技术的关系等问题,着重强调了当前技术哲学要深入研究社会技术形态、社会技术结构等问题。这些问题必须运用哲学的方法加以解决。Social technology is theoretically quite a controversial problem at present. Defining the connotation of social technology, the social technology is regarded as a practical cognitive system through which people can adjust even restructure social relationships to settle social contradiction and attain the goal of restructuring human society. Social technology is not only different from but interrelated with natural technology. So, the study on social technology involves many philosophical propositions or questions related to philosophy. The relations of human beings with social technology, social science with social technology and social ideology with social technology are discussed, with the emphasis laid on that the study on technological philosophy shall take the form and structure of social technology as key points nowadays, i.e., such studies shall be carried out from the viewpoint of philosophy.
