摘　　要：自二战后,在高等教育国际化的发展潮流下,日本采取各种政策,积极推动本国高等教育国际化的进程。经过几十年的努力,日本一跃成为教育出口国。探讨日本高等教育国际化政策的发展进程,预测其发展趋势,将有助于推动我国的高等教育国际化发展。After the WWⅡ, Japan has carried out lots of policies and promoted actively its development of internationalization of higher education. Through decades' efforts, Japan has become an exporter of education. Discussing the development of the internationalization policy of higher education and predicting its trend in Japan will help us to promote the development of the internationalization of higher education in our country.
