摘　　要：介绍了在铜基体和铝合金基体上电镀铅锡锑三元合金的工艺条件、镀液组成及其电镀参数。得到了含锡4%～21%,含锑4%～17%结晶细致的Pb Sn Sb三元合金镀层,可代替传统价格昂贵的整体浇铸式轴承合金,节约了耐磨轴瓦的材料成本和加工成本。The process conditions and bath composition of electroplated Pb-Sn-Sb alloy on copper and aluminum alloy are introduced. A fine crystal coating that contained 4%-21% Sn and 4%-17% Sb was obtained,which can replace the traditional and expensive bearing brass prepared by casting, so as to decrease the producing and machining cost of wearable bearing shell.
