甾体类抗炎免疫药引起膈肌痉挛2例

摘　　要：甾体类抗炎免疫药并发症膈肌痉挛虽较少见,但症状多较严重。此2例在高位硬膜外注射甾体类药治疗肩周炎、颈椎病后发生,症状较重、持续时间较长,自然恢复,其机理不清。The symptom of phrenospasm caused by steroids is often serious although it is seldom. Two cases were reported after cervical epidural steroids to treat penarthritis of shoulder and cervical spondylopathy, whose symptom were severe and kept a long time, then recovered spontaneously. Its mechanism is not clear.
