农抗万隆霉素的急性毒性研究

摘　　要：农用抗生素万隆霉素是广东省农科院植物保护研究所分离筛选出来的新结构农用抗生素,其急性毒性试验结果表明,急性经口LD50雌鼠为2610mg/kg、雄鼠1780mg/kg;皮肤剌激强度平均分值为2.5、急性眼剌激积分指数(I.A.O.I)最高值为43,眼剌激的平均指数(M.I.O.I)7天后为13.5,对SD大鼠的急性经皮LD50>2050mg/kg。按国家标准GB15670-1995分级,17.5%农用抗生素万隆霉素乳油急性毒性为低毒农药,完全符合低毒农药登记的毒性标准,可以作为低毒农药进行临时登记。The effective isolate 2507 of Streptomyces griseovariabilis subsp. bandungensis n.subsp. producing antibiotic Wanlongmycin controlling oomycetes was first isolated from the soil samples by Plant Protection Research Institute, Guangdong Academy of Agricultral Sciences. The LD_(50) of oral toxicity of Wanlongmycin preparation was 1 780 to 2 610 mg/kg. The integral data of skin motivation by the antibiotic Wanlongmycin was 2.5. The integral data of eye motivation by the antibiotic Wanlongmycin was 13.5. The LD_(50) of skin motivation by the antibiotic Wanlongmycin was 2 050 mg/kg. The antibiotic 2 507 was low toxicity according to the emergency toxicity grade of pesticide of China.
