摘  要:采用熔融共混工艺制备了聚丙烯 (PP) /聚烯烃热塑性弹性体 (POE) /纳米CaCO3 复合材料。用动态力学试验方法研究了PP/Nano CaCO3 、PP/POE和PP/POE /Nano CaCO3 复合材料的动态力学特征。结果显示 :PP/Nano Ca CO3 、PP/POE二元体系的低温内耗峰强度均比PP大 ;PP/POE/Nano CaCO3 三元复合体系的低温内耗峰强度较之二元体系明显增强 ,在PP/POE/Nano CaCO3 复合体系中 ,POE及Nano CaCO3 共同作用使体系tgδ1转变峰逐渐消失 ,tgδ2 峰变宽、增强。利用扫描电子显微镜观察了不同体系的形态 ,三元复合体系由纯PP的耗能少的空洞化断裂方式逐步向耗能多的基体层屈服方式变化 ;质量比为 10 0 / 10 / 10的PP/POE/Nano CaCO3 复合材料的低温内耗峰强度最大 ,冲击强度较纯PP提高了 178%。PP/POE/Nano-meter CaCO 3 composites were prepared by melt-blending.The dynamic mechanical responses of PP/POE/nano-meter CaCO 3,PP/POE and PP/nano-meter CaCO 3 composites were investigated by means of dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA).The results showed that the intensity of the low temperature inner cost peak(tanδ 2)of PP/POE/nano-CaCO 3 was the strongest in all of the composites of PP.The co-action of POE and Nano-meter CaCO 3 of the composites made the inner cost peak(tanδ 1)corresponding T g1 gradually disappeared and the low temperature inner cost peak(tanδ 2)corresponding T g2 strengthened and widened.The SEM morphology of the PP/POE/nano-meter CaCO 3 showed that the breaking pattern with yield strain of the base was different from that of PP with hollowness.The tests showed compared with pure PP the intensity of tgδ 2 of peak of PP/POE/Nano-CaCO 3 (100∶10∶10) was the strongest and the impact intensity increased by 178%.
