摘　　要：LM9618是单色CMOS图像采集芯片 ,非常适用于微光的图像采集 ,12位的A D转换电路和固定模式的消噪电路 ;可编程的点时钟输出 ;可编程的帧间和行间延时 ;可编程的整帧或部分帧的积分时间 ;横向或纵向的图像采集子模式 ;可编程的数字图像表现曲线 ;外部触发快照 ;自动黑水平补偿 ;掉电后上电重置。它主要应用于高灵敏度的照相机 ,机器视觉 ,自动推进装置 ,生物遗传 ,红外图像 ,条码识别等方面。The LM9618 is a high performance, low power, VGA CMOS Active Pixel Sensor capable of capturing grey-scale digital still ormotion images and converting them to a digital data stream.In addition to the active pixel array, an on-chip 12 bit A/D convertor,fixed pattern noise elimination circuits, a video gain and separatecolor gain are rovided.Furthermore,an integratedprogrammable smart timing and control circuit allows the usermaximum flexibility in adjusting integration time, active windowsize, gain and frame rate. Various control, timing and powermodes are also provided, used in security cameras,machine vision automotive iometrics IR imaging barcode scanners.
