摘  要:以7001S等7个粳型光(温)敏核不育系和W6154S等7个籼型光(温)敏核不育系在上海作了育性转换特性的研究。二年研究结果表明,7001S等粳型核不育系育性主要受光照影响,具有较明显的育性转换特性,转换期1991年为8月22日~8月31日;1992年为8月28日~9月5日。育性转换时的日长为13h50min~14h,日照长度与不育度相关系数为0.844 8~0.903 6,温度对育性转换期的早迟有影响。W6154S等籼型核不育系对低温较敏感,没有明显的育性转换期,日照长度及温度与不育度的相关均未达极显著水平,相关系数为0.124 8~0.358 7。粳型核不育系可以在上海制种和繁殖;籼型核不育系目前尚难在上海直接利用。The fertility shifting habit of 7 photoperiod-sensitive genic male sterile (PGMS) japonica rice lines(7001S,etc.) and 7 PGMS indica rice lines (W6154S,etc.)was investigated for two years in Shanghai area. The results showed that the fertility of the 7 PGMS japonica rice lines was mainly influenced by the light, these rice lines exhibited an obvious fertility shifting habit and the shifting period was from 22 August to 31 August in 1991 and from 28 August to 5 September in 1992. The critical day length for the fertility shifting ranged from 13 hours 50 minutes to 14 hours. The correlation coefficient between day length and sterility was 0.844 8~0.903 6. The occurrence date of fertility shifting was influenced by the temperature.The 7 PGMS indica rice lines were relatively sensitive to low temperature, no distinct fertility shifting period was observed. Both temperature and light had a certain effect on the fertility shifting. The correlation between day length and sterility as well as that between temperature and sterility were not very significant,the correlation coefficient was 0.124 8~0.358 7. According to the above-mentioned results, it is suggested that the seed making and propagation of PGMS japonica rice lines may be practised in Shanghai area and at present it is difficult to utilize directly the PGMS indica rice lines in Shanghai area.
