摘　　要：本文在详细分析旋压工艺特点的基础上,从实用原则出发,遵循数据库本身的建库原则,设置出数据库中的各数据项。在此基础上自建数据库管理系统,为数据的管理提供保证。优选法则是在反复思考后选定的,它的特点是考虑了多因素对筒形件强力旋压生产参数的影响,运用最小二乘曲面拟合出所需要参数的变化趋势,并用图形加以描绘,从而做到合理地选择工艺参数、工装参数,避免了生产中的偶然性和偶然误差,具有很高的可靠性.On the basis of analysing the feasures of flow turning high strength steel, this paper puts forward a method to creat a set of data files and establishes a DBMS. The DBMS can manage numerous datum in all of these data files. The data structure model of this DBMS is Reational Model. This paper also presents a way that can opts for the best practical parameters and use them in production. In order to reach this object, 'Least Square Approximation' is adopted. All these hypotheses were realized by computer and were proved correct in practice.
