摘  要:在实验室培养条件下,研究风化煤和硼在土壤中对尿素氨化与硝化作用及磷有效性的影响。结果表明,风化煤和硼对尿素氨化作用有显著的抑制作用,风化煤对脲酶抑制率为5.7%~14%,硝化抑制率为1.4%~8.5%;硼的脲酶抑制率为5.5%~18.3%,硝化抑制率为1.4%~12.7%;风化煤与硼配合的抑制效果更明显,脲酶抑制率为18.3%~43.6%,硝化抑制率为0.6%~10.6%。在专用肥中添加风化煤能使土壤中磷的有效性提高8.2%~23.6%。A cultured experiment is conducted in laboratory to study the effect of weathered coal and boron on the ammonification and nitrification of urea and on phosphourus availability. The results show that weathered coal and boron significantly inhibit the ammoinification and nitrification of urea by decrease of (5.7%~14%) and 1.4%~8.5% in their activities under weathered coal treatment respectively; 5.5%~18.3% and 1.4%~12.7% under boron treatment respectively. And the inhibition effect is found more significant, 18.3%~43.6% and 0.6%~10.6% respectively under weathered coal plus boron treatment together. Moreover, phosphorus availability into soil is increased by 8.2%~23.6% from specialty fertilizer with weathered coal and boron.
