摘　　要：一种用于控制和输送颗粒物料的气动阀——溢流阀,它是由溢流流化床和插入其间的下料管组成的装置.本文就溢流床对颗粒物料的调节特性,以及下料管内料高、颗粒粒径和下料管出口与布风板之间的距离对调节特性的影响进行了研究和分析。该阀可用于流化床的进、出料和循环流化床的回料器和冷却床的进出料。Overflow valve is a device which consists of an overflow fluidized bed and down-comer above it. The operating parameters for the performance of an overflow valve for use in solid flow rate control have been determined experimen- tally. Parameters considered included the height of dense part in the downcomer, particle size and the exit position of the downcomer above the air distributon of overfow fluidized bed. It can be used in industrial processes such as fluidized beds and CFB.
