摘　　要：将可编程控制器(PLC)应用于离子静电加速器控制系统。针对离子静电加速器的高电压环境,采用红 外线通信。在上位机中使用工控组态软件WinCC和利用STEP7编写控制程序实现加速器的运行控制,大大提 高了整个系统的可靠性、安全性和可维护性。Pragrammable logical controller(PLC) is applied in the control system of ion electrostatic accelerators. Considering the high-voltage in the accelerator, infrared ray is used to transmit signal. In the main computer the industrial control configuration software WinCC is used. Operation control of the accelerator is realized by STEP7 program. The reliability, security and maintainability of the whole system are enhanced greatly.
