摘 要:采用BF型活性染料(双活性基)对真丝绸织物进行染色试验.首先,对不同pH值和染色温度测得K/S值.结论为pH值为8、95℃效果较好;然后对不同碱剂调节pH值进行筛选,以水玻璃较为有利;再对匀染剂选择观察其K/S值,用平平加O和TX-10均有助染作用,其中TX-10用量0.06%(owf),平平加O用量1.3%(owf)上染最多.用稀土助剂染色,在pH值为8、95℃、40min条件下,用量0.1%(owf),同样可获得增深效果.Experiments were carried out for dyeing silk textiles with BF type reactive dyes having two reactive groups. The K/S values were first determined for different pH values and dyeing temperatures, on concluding that pH 8 at 95 ℃ was good; then the bases were selected for adjusting the pH values to confirm the water glass was favorable; at last the leveling agents were selected to observe the K/S values on showing both Peregal O and TX-10 resulted in leveling effect, where the dye pickup was the highest with TX-10 at 0.06%(owf) and Peregal O at 1.3%(owf). When dyeing with rare earth metals, a dosage of 0.1%(owf) resulted also in deepening effect at pH 8 and 95 ℃ for 40 min.
