摘 要:提出了最佳重合闸方案。该方案在单相接地短路时跳开单相,两相接地短路时跳开两相,两相不接地短路时只跳开一故障相;瞬时故障时在最佳重合时刻分相重合,永久故障时闭锁重合闸。计算结果表明,该重合闸方案能够避免重合于永久故障时对系统的冲击,增强故障持续期间系统之间的联系,提高电力系统稳定性;并且减小功角摇摆幅度30%和发电机轴系扭振50%以上,也降低了操作过电压。A scheme of optimal auto-reclosing is proposed in this paper. Single phase is tripped for single-phase-earth-fault, two phases are tripped for two-phase-earth-fault and either fault phase is tripped for two-phase unearth fault in the scheme. Further more, the switches reclose at optimal reclosing time by phase for instantaneous fault and shut down reclosure for permanent fault. The calculation result shows that the reclosing mode can avoid severe impact to the system caused by reclosing on permanent fault, strengthen the inter-connection between systems during the fault, and improve the stability of power system. Besides, power angle and the generator shaft torsional oscillation can be alleviated by 30 percent and by more than 50 percent respectively.
