摘 要:目的 研究外环境氟、砷含量的分布规律 ,为制定科学有效的防治策略提供可靠依据。方法 采集砷中毒病区饮用井水样 ,测定水中的砷含量、氟含量。结果 高砷、高氟现象并存 ,含有不同含量砷的水中水氟含量不同 (F =2 1.83,P <0 .0 1) ,水砷含量有随井深增加而呈增高的趋势 (F =187.5 3,P <0 .0 1) ,水氟含量有随井深增加而呈降低的趋势 (F =2 7.98,P <0 .0 1)。结论 外环境中水砷含量与水氟含量呈负相关关系 ,低氟低砷水源多埋深于 5 0m左右 ;因地制宜地选择安全水源 ,以保证综合的降氟除砷改水工程防治措施的顺利实施。Objective To learn the distribution features of water fluoride and water arsenic in external environment in order to provide the evidence for making scientific and effective tactics in prevention and control.Methods Water samples of drinking water well in the arsenism districts were collected.The arsenic content and the fluoride content of drinking water were determined.Results There is a higher arsenic content in the water well of higher fluoride content.Water fluoride content varies with the different contents of water arsenic (F=21.83,P<0.01).Water arsenic content tended to increase along with the depth of wells (F=187.53,P<0.01), but water fluoride content tended to decrease (F=27.98,P<0.01).Conclusion A negative correlation is observed between water fluoride content and water arsenic content in external environment.The wells of lower fluoride and arsenic content are mostly some 50 m in depth.We must,in line with the local conditions,choose safe water source to ensure the realization of preventive countermeasures that the projects of fluoride-lowering and arsenic removal,and improvement of water quality be achievable.
