摘　　要：棉结、杂质和短绒在清梳联工艺处理上是一组矛盾 ,通过对“青锋”牌清梳联工艺特点进行分析 ,提出了“连续均匀喂给、薄喂柔和开松、早落少伤纤维、梳理转移适度、结杂短绒兼顾、气流参数保证”的工艺要点 ,并作了简要理论分析。指出做好开松、分梳元件的配套工作 ,根据品种要求与使用原料条件调整好工艺 ,并加强日常维护保养工作 ,是降低生条结杂和短绒的重要措施。Neps, trash and short fibers is a group of contradiction i n blowing-carding process. Continuous uniform feeding, thin-layer feeding and light opening, early dropping dust and little damage, carding transport suitable , neps & trash and short fibers are all taken attention, assure air-stream para meter is proposed by analyzing property of Qingfeng blowing-carding process. Co mplement of opening element and carding element, and adjusting the process accor ding to variety and raw material, strengthing maintenance is the important measu re for reducing neps & trash and short fibers of card sliver.
