摘　　要：利用F16 0 3型转杯纺纱机纺制T/C 6 5 / 35 5 8.3texPU革起纬布纬纱 ,为了稳定提高成纱质量 ,对原料的选配及末并定量、并合道数、纺杯速度与分梳辊速度等工艺进行了试验优选 ,并指出了设备管理和运转操作方面应注意的问题。T/C 65/35 58.3tex weft used in PU leather fleece fabric is spun in F1603 rotor spinning machine. Raw material, quantum of finishing drawin g, passage head of drawing, rotor speed, combing roller speed and so on are opti mized to improve yarn forming quality. The questions in equipment management and working operation are pointed out.
