摘 要:提出一种谐振复位软开关双管正激型 DC/DC 变换器。它将谐振复位方式应用到双管正激变换器中,解决了双管正激变换器占空比不能大于0.5的缺点,同时保留了双管正激开关电压应力小的优点。此外,该拓扑利用谐振复位的特点和副边串接饱和电感的方法实现了所有开关的软开关,因此可以应用于高输入电压、宽范围、高效率要求的场合。文中对该拓扑的工作原理和特性以及软开关的实现和设计进行了详细的描述。最后通过实验验证了该拓扑的上述优点。This paper presents a new topology named resonant reset soft switching dual switch forward DC/DC converter. It maintains low voltage stress and employs resonant reset scheme to solve the problem in the normal main switches that duty cycle cannot be more than 0.5. In addition, utilizing the features of resonant reset scheme and a saturation inductance in secondary side, the proposed topology achieves soft switching for all switches. Therefore, it is very attractive for high input, wide range and high efficiency applications. The operation principle and characteristic of this topology and the realization and design method of the soft switching are discussed in the paper in details. Finally, the advantages mentioned above are demonstrated by experimental results.
