摘　　要：阐述了图书馆的文化地位及图书馆在提高大学生素质中所起的作用,指出高校图书馆必须有一支高素质的馆员队伍为广大学生提供优良的服务,并充分利用图书馆的优势,培养新世纪的接班人。This paper expounds the cultural position of the library and the functions of the library in improving the quality of the university students, and points out that the university library must possess a librarian ranks with higher quality providing the quality service for the great majority of the students and training the successors of the new century through giving full play to the superiorities of the library.
