摘　　要：总结了太原师范学院图书馆实行开架借阅以来对工作人员、读者及书库管理的经验,针对开架借阅管理中遇到问题,探讨了完善开架借阅工作的方法和措施。This paper sums up the experiences of the library of Taiyuan Teachers College in the management for the librarians, readers and stack rooms, and in the light of the problems existing in the open-shelf reading, probes into the methods and measures for perfecting the open-shelf reading.
