摘　　要：知识经济时代,网络信息咨询已成为信息咨询服务的主要形式。就网络信息咨询服务中所涉及到的网络信息资源的内涵及特点、网络信息咨询的概念、特征和要素等进行了深入的分析和探讨。Network information consultancy service is the main form of information consultancy service in the network knowledge-based economy era. This paper makes deep analysis on and exploration into the connotation and features of the network information resources, the conception of the conception, characteristics and essential factors of the network information consultancy service involved in the network information-based consultancy service.
