摘　　要：针对我国矿石资源的特点,根据电解铝对氧化铝产品的具体要求,比选氧化铝生产工艺流程;通过物料平衡及热平衡计算,设计了砂状氧化铝半工业试验流程,为砂状氧化铝半工业试验的顺利进行提供了可能。In the light of the features of our country's mineral resources, and according to the concrete requirement of the electrolytic aluminium for the aluminum oxide product, this paper makes comparison and selection of the technical processes of the production of aluminum oxide, and designs the semi-industrial prototyping process of sand-like aluminum oxide through the calculations of the material balance and thermal balance, providing the possibility for the smooth running of the semi-industrial test of sand-like aluminum oxide.
