摘　　要：介绍使用表面涂复技术不去除氧化皮的电极,电渣重熔生产高强韧大型锻件的工艺技术。试验结果表明,工艺可靠,产品性能优良,经济效果显著,具有广泛的应用前景。In this paper, the processes for producing high strength-toughness ESR heavy forgings with surface-coated and non-cleaned consumable electrode were described. The experimental results indicate that the products thus produced has better properties: the above processes are reliable) have outstanding economic results and broad application prospects.
