摘　　要：主要研究人工心脏瓣膜置换手术导致病人术后远期死亡的重要影响因素 ,为临床治疗提供依据。建立Logistic回归模型 ,模型分析时根据实际情况建立训练集 ,进行残差分析 ,并用刀切法加以检验 ,得到 :患者有糖尿病史、术后射血分数小于 35 %、主动脉阻断时间在 6 1～ 90min、患者年龄小于 15岁和大于 6 5岁为术后远期死亡的危险因素。This research mainly discussed the late death-factors of patients who received the surgery of heart valve replacement. The research's purpose is to provide the reference for the therapy of clinic. Logistic regressive mathematical model and a new conditioning set are given. There are incomplete difference analysis to the model and test with reamer intercept method to ensure the correctness of the model that has been done. It shows that diabetes mellitus, less than 35 percent of discharging blood after surgery, the duration of cardiopulmonary bypass 61-90minutes, and the age less than 15 or the age more than 65 are the main late deadly factors of the patients.
