摘  要:在高纯氩气保护气氛下,采用FritshGmbh公司生产的Pulverisette5行星式球磨机,研究Co基非晶软磁合金粉末在Co Zr二元相图上5个稳定化合物成分配方Co1 1 Zr2 ,Co4 Zr ,Co2 Zr,CoZr和CoZr2 在球磨条件下的非晶态合金形成能力。用X 射线衍射进行结构分析。5种配方在一定的时间内都能形成非晶态合金,其中Co4 Zr的非晶形成能力最强,球磨过程中有CoZr2 相出现。球磨时间过长。The glass forming ability of five compound compositions based on the Co-Zr phase diagram such as Co 11Zr 2, Co 4Zr, Co 2Zr, CoZr and CoZr 2 is investigated under mechanical alloying conditions by means of the Pulverisette 5 planetary mill with protection of high purity argon. The structure of the powders is examined by X-ray diffraction. It is indicated by the results that the amorphous alloys can be formed from all the alloys in the five compositions, and the glass forming ability of Co 4Zr is optimal among the five alloys. In the milling process, the metastable al phase CoZr 2 appears. The milling time plays an important role in formation of Co-Zr amorphous alloys. If the milling time is too long, the formed amorphous alloys will turn to crystallization.
