Influence of RE and Te Complex Modification Treated on the Shape of Silicon Crystal and Mechanical Properties of the Al-Si-Cu Alloy

摘  要:采用扫描电镜等检测手段对复合变质处理后的铝硅合金显微组织、断口形貌和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,经稀土和碲复合变质处理后,共晶硅变为颗粒状,显微组织明显细化,致使铝硅合金力学性能得到明显改善。By means of SEM and other tools, it was studied that the microstructures, shapes and mechanical properties of the Al-Si alloy treated by RE and Te complex modifications. The results show that the size of slice-shaped eutectic silicon was reduced dramatically and the shape of eutectic silicon was transformed into particle ones. Hence the microstructures are obviously fined down and the mechanical properties can be greatly improved.
