摘　　要：原发性干燥综合征 (PrimarySj彲ｇｒｅｎｓｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ ,PSS)是侵犯外分泌腺体尤以唾液腺和泪腺为主的自身免疫性疾病 ,消化系统是PSS常常累及的系统。现对PSS的消化系统损害研究进展作一综述。Primary Sjǒgren syndrome(PSS),which encroaches on ex oc rine glands,mainly on salivary gland and cacrimal gland,is one of autoimmunity d iseases that damage digestive system frequently.The research progress in digesti ve system lesion in patients with PSS is reviewed.
