摘　　要：数字作品版权保护的首要条件,就是要有一系列有效的保护策略.数字作品的版权保护,应采取 以下策略:法律救济;版权保护新技术的应用;著作权集体管理;引进电子商务模式.The main thing that should be considered to protect the copyright of numeral works is a series of effective protecting strategies. The author holds that in order to protect the copyright, the following approaches should be used: law protection; protecting the application of new technique; administering the copyright of the works collectively; introducing the mode of net business.
