摘　　要：数字时代图书馆的人文精神受到巨大的冲击,只有正确处理好科学精神与人文精神的关系,实 行与人为本的管理理念,充分发挥图书馆的社会职能,才能构建图书馆新的人文精神.The humanistic spirit of library suffers a great impact in such a digital age. In order to build up a new library' s humanistic spirit, we must deal well with the relationship between science and human society, carry out the humancenterad management and exert the library's social functions well.
