摘　　要：本文根据宪法、民族区域自治法和其他法律的有关规定,结合实行民族区域自治的实践,以新的视角和思路分析了民族区域自治的构成要素和民族区域自治法的调整对象,首次提出了民族区域自治构成的概念和民族区域自治的公式、图式,重新界定了民族区域自治的概念;首次提出和解答了什么是民族区域自治和怎样实现民族区域自治这两个民族区域自治法的基本问题。In the spirit of the constitution, the Ethnic Minority Regions Autonomy Law, and other relevant legislation, and in the light of our experience in ethnic minority regions autonomy, this study adopts a fresh perspective and analyzes the key components of autonomy and responses of opinion polls on the Ethnic Minority Regions Autonomy Law.It then introduces, for the first time, the concept of the composition of autonomy and its formulas and diagrams, and redefines ethnic minority regions autonomy.And finally, for the first time, it answers two essential questions concerning ethnic minority regions autonomy.Namely, what is ethnic minority regions autonomy? and how can it be realized?
