摘　　要："科教兴国"战略思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分和基本内容之一。邓小平的"科教兴国"战略思想奠定了我国实施科教兴国战略的理论基础。以江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代中央领导集体对邓小平理论的丰富与发展、实践与创新,使实施科教兴国战略由理论变成了现实。The strategic idea of invigorating the country through science and education is a main part of Deng Xiaopin Theory. The third generation of leader group led by Jiang Zeming further developed the idea and put it into practice, thus turning the theory of invigorating the country through science and education into reality.
