摘　　要：目前国际贸易实务教科书一般均规定外贸航空运单"收货人"必须详细填写收货人的全称和地址,而不能做成指示性抬头,但是这种规定与国际贸易实践相矛盾。为了解决该问题,文章提出外贸航空运单收货人一栏可以填写收货人的全称、地址,也可以填写为指示性抬头,并从理论和实践两个角度分别对该论点进行了论证。With regard to making out the airway bill, Mr. Li xiao xiang, main editor of current textbook, has made the following regulations:airway bill must be made out to somebody's full name and address. It can not be made out to order or to order of somebody. However, such regulations are in conflict with the common practice of international trade. In fact,airway bill can not only be made out to somebody's full name and address, but also be made out to to order or to order of somebody. The article proves the viewpoint theoretically and practically.
