摘  要:采用RAPD分子标识法对防风Saposhnikoviadivaricata(Turcz.)Schischk,硬苗防风Friocyclaalbescens(Franch).wolff,竹节防风P.dielsianumFeddeexwolff,前胡PeucedanumledebourieuoidesK,T,Fu,葛缕子CurumCarvil进行亲缘关系分析。利用SDS法提取防风及其近似种的总DNA,以随机引物进行随机扩增。从100个引物中筛选出8个有效引物,通过距离系数UPGMA法聚类分析,构建聚类关系树系图,获得了理想的RAPD。结果表明,RAPD法可准确鉴定正品防风及其近似种。To define the molecular characters of differentiating Fangfeng Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk, from their allied species Friocycla albescens(Franch), P. dielsianum Fedde ex wolff, Peucedanum ledebourieuoides K, T, Fu, Curum Carvil by RAPD technique. General DNA was isolated from fresh Fangfeng and their allied species by SDS method, The random amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) was used to identify them. 8 effective primers were selected from 21 primers. Cluster analysis tree were constructed by using genetic distance UPGMA method. The RAPD results suit for the ananlysis of Rodix Gentianae species in genetic polymorphism and genetic relationship, The method of RAPD can be used to identify the Fangfeng species and its allied species.
