充分发挥舆论监督在党内监督中的作用

摘　　要：《党内监督条例》的颁布,给舆论监督提供了制度保障,使它能够对不规范行为进行警戒和遏制并能为党内监督创造良好的舆论环境,帮助有关领导机关掌握相关情况,促进问题的解决。党的各级组织和党员领导干部应当正确对待舆论监督,重视和支持舆论监督,并在党的领导下,严格遵守有关规定和程序开展监督。要把握正确的导向,坚持党性原则,注重监督的社会效果,遵守新闻纪律和职业道德,充分发挥舆论监督在党内监督中的作用。The issue of 'the Regulation on Internal Supervision of CPC' has provided the systematic guarantee for supervision by public news media,and enable it to warn,contain and create the good public opinion environment for supervising in the internal Party to the unstandard behavior. It also helps to grasp the relevant situation in relevant leading bodies and promote the settlement of the problem. The organizations at different levels of the Party and leading cadre of the Party members should adopt a correct attitude towards the supervision by news media,value and support the supervision under new media,and under the leadership of the Party,strictly observe relevant regulations and procedures to supervise. We should hold the correct direction,adhere to the principle of the Party character,pay attention to the social effect that is supervised ,observe the discipline of the news and professional ethics,and play to the function in the internal Party supervise of supervision under news media.
