解磷细菌PD01的分离与分子标记

摘　　要：分离筛选出了一株解磷细菌PD01菌株,该菌株被鉴定为巨大芽孢杆菌。利用luxAB基因对该菌株进行了荧光标记,传代实验证明,携带luxAB基因的质粒在细菌分裂过程中能稳定遗传。Dissolving-phosphorus bacterium PD01 was separated and screened from soil samples. PD01 strain was appraised as Bacillus megaterium in the light of the morphological features and physiological and biochemical features of its bacterial clones. PD01 was fluorescence marked with luxAB gene, the results of going down to posterity showed that the plasmid with luxAB gene could steady inherit during cell dividing.
