摘 要:与有油润滑涡旋式压缩机相比 ,无油润滑涡旋式压缩机的工作过程尤其是泄漏情况有很大的不同。对非设计工况下的容积比变化以及由此造成的泄漏量与压缩指示功等变化进行了理论研究 ,结合 0 1 6m3/min无油润滑涡旋式压缩机 (转速为 2 0 60r/min)的性能测试结果 ,分析了造成一系列参数变化的原因。Compared with the scroll compressor lubricated with oil, the oil-Free scroll compressor has different working process and leakage situation. The researches in this paper were mainly focused on the changes of volumetric ratio under real working conditions, which deviated from design working conditions, and the changes of leakage rate and indicated work. Based on the test of an oil-free scroll compressor, which has an air delivery of 0.16 m3/min and a rotational speed of 2060 r/min, the reason why the basic technical features have been changed was investigated. The research is the foundation for design an oil-free scroll compressor.
