摘　　要：通过理论与实践相结合阐述了链条产品疲劳性能试验方法、样品制备、试样安装、试验注意事项以及试验数据处理 ;在链条行业试验数据处理中引入不确定度 ,找出了对不确定度的影响因素 ,并在此基础上 ,推导出了链条疲劳性能测量不确定度的计算方法和理论公式 ,给出了不确定度在报告中的表述方法 ;The test method of fatigue behavior of chain was expounded theoretically and practically, including the sample preparation, clamp design and setting, claiming-attention cases, and the data processing. For the first time, the uncertainty in measurements was introduced into chain industry, and the influencing elements on the uncertainty were found out. Based on this, the theoretical formula to calculate the uncertainty of fatigue behavior of chain was deduced. At the same time, the expression of uncertainty was presented, and the influence of uncertainty on testing results was discussed. The results show that the method in this paper is helpful to consolidate the test criterion in the chain industry and to enhance the quality of chain products.
